This document sets out the data protection policy implemented in connection with the use of the services offered by:

AQUA NUHA attaches great importance to the confidentiality of personal data. This privacy policy therefore enables each user to understand which personal data we collect and for what purposes.

1.Personal data collected

As part of its online sales activity, AQUA NUHA collects non-sensitive data relating to customers and prospects. The following categories of personal data may be collected:

  1. Civil status data : Last name, first name, date of birth (optional), postal address, telephone number, email address.
  2. Connection and internet data : IP addresses, logs, login credentials, cookies, browsing data, audience measurement data.
  3. Commercial data : Orders, invoices, delivery notes, non-finalized shopping carts.

AQUA NUHA uses your personal data for legitimate interests (see Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) necessary for its operations, including:

The development and provision of personalized features and services are essential to us. Regardless of location, time, or device used, we aim to offer you a personalized shopping experience and an offer perfectly tailored to your personal interests. Consequently, the processing of your data for the purpose of personalizing our services is an integral part of the services we provide.

2. Access to collected data

Your personal data is processed by AQUA NUHA and its staff (communication department, logistics department, accounting, and customer service).

As part of our business activities, we outsource certain tasks to subcontractors to whom we transmit your data. This data is used solely for the purpose of the assigned task and is not retained longer than necessary.

For example, your delivery data is transmitted to carriers for parcel delivery.

We work with the following subcontractors (unless otherwise stated, the following companies are based in and host data in France) :

3. Protection of collected data

AQUA NUHA implements all appropriate measures to ensure the protection of personal data, which is processed in a manner that guarantees its security and confidentiality in accordance with its level of sensitivity, in order to prevent any loss, theft, unauthorized modification, or fraudulent use.

Our servers are regularly updated and secured using SSL certificates.


Our database is protected by dual password access.


All customer and administrator access is secured by a username and password.


All creations or modifications are logged, tracked, and timestamped for security purposes.


Daily data backups are performed and stored on multiple disks and/or external cloud services.

4. Data retention

AQUA NUHA undertakes to retain your data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, the data is either archived when required by regulatory obligations (e.g. purchase-related warranties) or anonymized for statistical purposes.

Civil status, connection, and commercial data are retained for 10 years, after which they are archived.


Internet data (cookies) is retained for 13 months.

5. User rights regarding collected data

You may access the data concerning you or request its deletion.

You also have the right to object, the right to rectification, and the right to restriction of the processing of your data (see cnil.fr for more information about your rights).

To exercise these rights or for any questions regarding the processing of your data, you may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at : dpo@aqua-nuha.com

If, after contacting us, you believe that your “Informatique et Libertés” rights have not been respected or that the processing of your data does not comply with data protection regulations, you may submit a complaint online to the CNIL or by post.

However, your request may not be granted if:

6. Changes to the privacy policy

This privacy policy is subject to ongoing changes. It will be updated in accordance with changes to subcontractors, AQUA NUHA’s organization, and legislative or regulatory developments.

Furthermore, as part of the development of our services, websites, and applications, as well as the implementation of new technologies aimed at improving our services, amendments to this privacy policy may be necessary.
